Please be aware that we do not share our customer's details with any third party.  We do not retain, ask for, or store any financial information about our customers, either on or off the site.  Name/delivery address information required to process transactions is stored securely and is not held in a printed form.

All payments are made securely using either Shopify/Stripe or Paypal payment gateways.  We are not privy to financial information required during purchase payment processing, other than the transaction amount involved.
Our privacy policy sets out in simple terms how Carnaby Street Gallery protects information that customers provide when using this or any of our websites. Carnaby Street Gallery are committed to the protection of customers information at all times, ensuring that your privacy is protected and providing piece-of-mind when using our website services.  

Where we ask for basic customer information (for example: when setting up one of our free accounts), this information is only needed to aid identification of the account holder and is only used in accordance with our privacy statement and current GDPR practices.

Carnaby Street Gallery reserve the right to change this policy, from time to time, by updating the information on this page, to further protect the rights of the customer.

What information do we collect?
We may collect the following information:
Customer name, contact information including email address.
Preferences and interests (regarding site purchases) to enable us to update and inform our customers of new products and special offers, from time-to-time.

Customer information is only used for internal record keeping, occasional promo emails, updates and information we feel you may find of interest (by occasional, we mean occasional, as we also hate spam) using the email address provided.  Also to enable us to develop future imagery/work that better tailors to our customer's needs; that targets and improves our customer service experience and interface.  All information is stored carefully and securely in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.

All customers have the right to 'Opt Out' from promotions but we do require basic information to process transactions and ensure security.


Our website may contain external links to other sites that support Carnaby Street Gallery or provide print-on-demand services for our customers.  These links are to other, external companies and customers need to be aware that we have no control over these other companies.
Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the protection and privacy of any customer information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and, therefore, these sites are not governed in any way by this privacy statement. Caution should always be used when using sites external to Carnaby Street Gallery and all customers are recommended to study each site/company's privacy statement before providing personal details.


We will not lease, sell or distribute personal information to third parties unless prior permission is granted or we are required to do so by law.  Should you require it you can request a copy of personal information which we have about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.  Please email for further information should you have any concerns.  Should you believe that any of the information that we hold be incorrect, please contact us and we will be happy to update/correct this information accordingly.




Before placing an order you should read our terms and conditions and licensing agreement.  If you do not agree with our terms and conditions, or licensing agreement, then we cannot accept your purchase.  Visitor/s under the age of 16 (or legal age requirement stated in the country in which the visitor/s reside, if this is higher) should not register with this website, submit any information to us, or purchase any downloads.



Upon pressing the 'ADD TO CART' button, items you have selected are placed into your personal shopping cart.  The contents of the cart can be viewed at any time by clicking on the cart shopping link in the navigation bar, or by going to your members account area.  From within the cart window you can choose to pay, delete selected items or return to the main website and continue shopping.

Once full payment has been cleared you will be provided with confirmation. 

The email confirmation and invoicing are only sent to the email address provided.  Should you wish to change/update this email address (or any other account information) you can do so by signing into your account area and editing your personal information.  
Should invoice or confirmation email not be received within two working days, please contact us directly for help.
By completing the purchasing process through Carnaby Street Gallery you are clearly stating, and confirming, that the personal account information provided by you is correct and that you have the legal right to purchase items using the payment method you have chosen.



We are located in the UK and the site base currency is GBP (British Sterling).  The site is also set up for pricing display and purchase in US Dollars and Euros.  To select the currency of your choice go to the top right of the screen header, next to the shopping cart and choose from the drop down menu.

VAT/Tax is included (where applicable) in the sale price of all items.  There is no additional tax to pay at checkout.




We feature products on our website which have been carefully selected or created specially for our customers.  We reserve the right to change or modify images as we need to, from time-to-time.  While we try not to cause any inconvenience, should this be a problem please contact us immediately, stating the issue and the image/s ID/s involved, and we try to resolve the matter swiftly for you.  

We reserve the right to change, modify, update and otherwise develop the website and the information and imagery contained within, without prior notice.  During any period of downtime customers will be notified (where possible) and we will attempt to carry out any maintenance at the weekend, or a period that is least inconvenient to our customers; but this cannot always be guaranteed.  Should you be experiencing a problem with the website please let us know so that we may look into it and try to resolve the matter.
We cannot warrant that the website or function of the website will work without interruption, delay, or that it will be error-free, free from defects, or that it will be compatible with all software or browser versions.  While we thoroughly virus check all images on the site and all materials associated with the site, being careful to use up-to-date virus software to protect and check regularly, we cannot guarantee without exception that the site or the imagery will always be virus or bug free.  As with all web activity, we strongly recommend that you have an up-to-date virus checker/anti-virus software installed on any machine which uses the internet, for peace-of-mind and extra protection and security.  By choosing to use our site you are agreeing that we are in no way liable for any problems which arise and that it is the customer's responsibility to protect themselves by installing up-to-date virus software.  We do, however, continue to strive at all times to monitor web activity, provide anti-virus protection and shield as best we can the materials that are held within the site.  Using the website is entirely at your own risk.  You must not transmit through or to our website defamatory, obscene, threatening, harmful or pornographic material, or material which might infringe upon our intellectual property rights, or the rights of others, rights of confidentiality or rights of privacy or anything which does not comply with all relevant laws.
